Cancellation of Appointments:

For this Privacy Policy:

  1. Video/Online Consultations: Patients can book, reschedule, or cancel consultations free of charge anytime before the scheduled start for video consultations or reschedule it after the scheduled time of consultation.

    (Legal Basis: Patient rights under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) - Article 4)
  2. Clinic-Visit/Physical Consultations: Patients can book, reschedule, or cancel consultations free of charge anytime before the scheduled start for Physical consultation or reschedule it after the scheduled time of consultation.

Refund Policy for Online Consultations:

Payments for online consultations are done through online payment mode facilitated through third party providers such as Razor Pay. Please note that ‘Pay at clinic’ is not available for online consultations.

  1. Refund Process: Refunds for any online consultation cancellations will be issued through the payment method initially used for the purchase, in accordance with legal payment and refund terms.

  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed if the online consultation has not taken place such as in:

Patient No show: Patient was not able to join the online consultation Doctor No show: Doctor was not able to join the online consultation Technical Issue: Any technical issue causing either patient, doctor or both to join the online consultation (Legal Basis: Consumer protection and fair trade laws - Article 12 of the Consumer Protection Act)

Refund Timelines:

a. Refunds may be processed within 7-10 working days from the receipt of a valid request, adhering to legal guidelines.

(Legal Basis: Timeliness standards set by financial regulations - Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Act)

b. Refund timelines are subject to bank turnaround times and regulatory guidelines. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Refund Policy for Clinic Visits

Any payments made at the clinic will be refunded at the clinic.

(Legal Basis: Financial transaction regulations and guidelines - Article 8 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act)

Modifications in Pricing:

a. Instant Aushdhalya Pvt Ltd reserves the legal right to modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time before billing for the initial payment or future payments.
